Wellness that talks cop.
Developed in collaboration with experienced law enforcement leaders, police clinicians, and working officers, Guardian Paths supports officer wellness and career development through every stage of a law enforcement career. In every officer's pocket. Confidential. Always.
Industry conditions, not product claims. Sources available in the clinical white paper.
Designed for the realities of policing.
Police officers are trained to be self-reliant. Guardian Support is built with that reality in mind.
Private by design, it lives on the officer's own phone, under their own account. Officers decide what they share, when they share it, and with whom.
Practical resources support every stage of a law enforcement career, from the academy to retirement, and every resource is shaped by experienced officers and reviewed by police clinicians.
Shaped by officers. Reviewed by clinicians. Built on trust.
Financial
The second mortgage, the equipment debt, the overtime trap.
Sleep
Four hours between shifts is a safety issue, not a lifestyle one.
Nutrition
Fuel for shift work, not a diet plan.
Emotional
The call you cannot stop thinking about, handled like a cop would.
Physical
Staying fit for duty across shift work and years of wear.
Burnout
Caught early, before it reads as an attitude problem.
Career resilience
The long game: rank, specialty, and a reason to stay.
Money and sleep lead, because that is where the trouble actually starts and where most wellness apps do not go at all.
Built for everyday wellness, career growth, and long-term success.
Here is what an officer actually sees.
Two taps after shift.
Squared away, carrying it, rough one, or bad night. Tag it and move on, or ask for a call. Self initiated, never scored, never shared.
Check-ins are voluntary and confidential, at meaningful career milestones or whenever they choose. By recognizing personal patterns over time, officers can celebrate progress, identify changes early, and seek support when they are ready. Their personal history belongs to them alone.
One tap to a cop who gets it.
The best wellness programs don't wait for officers to struggle. Vetted peer guides are available 24/7, by text or voice, encouraging early, confidential conversations before everyday stress becomes a crisis. Matching uses only what the officer volunteers: kind of call, years on, role. Never anything from the department's side of the wall.
Conversations are encrypted, invisible to the department, and deletable for good. When a peer is not enough, a warm handoff to a licensed clinician who has worked with police before.
Backup, without thinking twice.
Always on screen, cached offline, no login required. The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline with the first responder option, a cop to cop line answered by retired officers, a guide by text in under ten minutes, and a clinician who calls back.
When more support is needed, Guardian Paths helps officers connect with a department clinician, Employee Assistance Program, or trusted community provider. Calls go through the officer's phone, not through us, and nothing on that screen touches their account or their record.
The badge screen is a career, not a scoreboard.
The app carries the officer's stage from applicant through retirement and unlocks what is relevant at each one. Officers earn digital challenge coins and milestone recognition for real accomplishments, from academy graduation and certifications to specialized assignments and leadership roles. Challenge coin, not confetti: no streaks, no leaderboards, nothing to compare across the shift.
The same path to sergeant from your career maps rides along, synced from department requirements and private to the officer.
Before the badge.
Applicants and academy recruits can join before they belong to any department, including self sponsored recruits paying their own tuition. Test prep, PT standards, document checklists, and what the job actually expects, with the wellness habit set before culture builds the barrier.
At academy graduation, applicant mode becomes Guardian Support. Same account, same wall, and it follows them into whichever department hires them.
Nothing an officer does in here gets back to the department. Ever.
Not in the interface. Not in an export. Not under an admin role. Not in a support ticket. You see one number, the percentage of your department that activated, and only above a minimum cohort size. That is enough for your accreditation file and it is all you get.
We reject feature requests that would break this wall, including from chiefs who are paying us. That is not us being difficult. It is the only reason your officers will open the app, and an app nobody opens documents nothing.
The one carve out, stated plainly: imminent harm duty to warn, handled by the clinician under their own licensure, and explained in the app in plain language before any clinician contact.
One number, and your accreditation file.
One aggregate activation figure, anonymized above a minimum cohort, and wellness standards documented automatically. That is the entire department facing surface, by design.
Built by the people who do this work.
Chief Clinical Officer
A licensed clinical social worker with certifications in first responder counseling and critical incident stress management. Every module, coaching track, and escalation protocol in Guardian Support is built on their clinical framework for early career law enforcement. The editorial bar: clinician reviewed, peer voiced.
Command Staff Advisor
A police captain in professional standards, training, and administration whose department runs applicant preparation as an in person program: mock oral boards, PT sessions, chief's interview coaching. That experience showed us what to build so other departments do not have to run it by hand.
Twenty minutes. Your numbers. No deck.
Bring your authorized strength, your vacancy count, and your overtime line. We will show you where the money is going and what it would take to change it. If we are not a fit, we will say so on the call.
